<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>Candidate must possess a College Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology with experience in the following areas:</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>The primary responsibility is to assist Company Executives with technical aspects of system vetting, requirements gathering, planning and development, implementing and deploying solutions/projects, scheduling, and scope and project reporting. He will oversee all project progress and developments and make sure that project deliverables are met on time.</p>
<p>- Consult with internal organizations and external clients/vendors to define steps, processes and customized implementation project plans supporting the successful launch of new system and significant change processes. Assist in defining and monitoring project status related to key project goals (i.e. IT milestones, progress and procurement)</p>
<p>- Assist in developing and delivering proof-of-concept demonstrations.</p>
<p>- Understand company’s current &#038; future expectations and needs.</p>
<p>- Understand and capture input from Company’s Executive, technical and operations staff in an effort to continue to provide best in service.</p>
<p>- Successfully manage simultaneous projects, ensuring continuity of contact through regular follow-ups.</p>

<p>- Mainly responsible for on-time and within-budget completion of projects</p>

<p><strong>PRIMARY FUNCTION</strong></p>
<p>- Manage the QM Department to ensure the level of service is maintained within the set quality standard.<br />

- Projects – QM, EMV, and other projects that involves quality department.<br />
- Provides quality monitoring processes and other product-related processes<br />
- Provides daily reports, and monthly trending analysis<br />
- Proper feedback and coaching<br />
- Provide quality monitoring between voice and non-voice and be able to monitor and assess number of calls per agent.<br />
- Draft policies for the department</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&#8217;s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master&#8217;s Degree, any field.<br />
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.<br />
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.<br />
- Preferably  Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.<br />

<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Spearheads Sourcing Initiatives in support of the company’s objectives of hiring qualified employees</p>
<p>Plans, develops, designs, and implements recruitment strategies in brand awareness</p>
<p>Coordinates with business partners and recruitment team in identifying their hiring requirements so as to be able to design the brand concept</p>
<p>Ensuring that recruitment marketing initiatives are aligned with the group’s standards and cost effective in terms of our annual budget</p>
<p>Supervises a team of 5-8 people</p>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<p>Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&#8217;s/College Degree , any field.</p>
<p>Required language(s): English</p>
<p>At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.</p>
<p>Preferably someone with heavy experience in sales, marketing and events</p>
<p>Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs &amp; Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales &#8211; Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.</p>

<p>Successful candidates will provide assistance to higher education students and educators in a call center setting. This includes professional communication with external and internal customers primarily via telephone, with some chat and email interaction.</p>
<p>To qualify for this position, you must have the following:</p>
<p>- At least a Bachelor&#8217;s/College Degree in any field</p>
<p>- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment (An advantage but not a strict requirement)</p>
<p>- Strong technical understanding of PC/Mac computer usage and web technology</p>
<p>- Knowledge and experience with a Customer Relationship Management tool (Preferred but not required)</p>
<p>- Technical experience with general Internet navigation</p>
<p>- Knowledge in MS Office Suite, Internet tools such as browsers (IE, Firefox, and Safari) and plug-ins, Computer operating systems</p>
<p>- Strong English verbal communication and presentation skills</p>
<p>- Willingness to work in Quezon City on shifting schedules</p>
