Teleperformance, the worldwide leading provider of outstanding customer experience, is looking for Inbound Sales Representatives for Sucat, Paranaque City.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer
Cross sell value added services or products that are offered by the company
Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.
Requirements:
Graduate of any 4-year course or accomplished at least second year.
Eighteen years old and above.
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
Experience with MS Office products and web-based applications
Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment
Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
A passion for customer service
Call Center experience / background is a plus
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
Must be willing to work in Sucat, Parañaque and start immediately
