Sitel, a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) leader is looking for Sourcing Supervisor for Ortigas Site.
Responsibilities:
Spearheads Sourcing Initiatives in support of the company’s objectives of hiring qualified employees
Plans, develops, designs, and implements recruitment strategies in brand awareness
Coordinates with business partners and recruitment team in identifying their hiring requirements so as to be able to design the brand concept
Ensuring that recruitment marketing initiatives are aligned with the group’s standards and cost effective in terms of our annual budget
Supervises a team of 5-8 people
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably someone with heavy experience in sales, marketing and events
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
