Teleperformance which began operations in the Philippines in 1996 is looking for 100 Technical Support Representatives for Sucat, Paranaque City (Toshiba Laptop account).
Responsibilities include:
- Providing clear inbound communication through telephone support and provide excellent customer service solutions to users pertaining to information, pre-sales and technical problems (notebooks/projectors/storage devices)
- Providing consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.
Requirements:
Graduate of any 4-year course or accomplished at least second year college
Eighteen years old and above.
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of the installation, configuration, and upgrading of hardware
Experience with MS Office products and web-based applications
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot notebook hardware issues
Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment
Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multi-tasking in a fast paced environment
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
A passion for customer service
Technical Support Call Center experience / background is a plus
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
Must be willing to work in Sucat, ParaƱaque and start immediately
