Each customer call center facility includes: ergonomic work areas, café and break areas, state of the art training rooms with full A/V capabilities, meeting and conference rooms, designated client work areas, associate coach / counsel rooms, climate controlled, raised floor data center and full uninterruptible power supply. Our dedicated customer call center training facility has a capacity of over 150 seats and is equipped with computers, projectors and quality audio equipment.
